An evaluation will be performed to determine if in-home medical care is best or if a full services hospital would be best for your pet’s care. We can treat a variety of aliments including but not limited to skin and ear infections, vomiting, diarrhea, lameness, wounds and urinary problems.

Consultations for evaluation and continued care for chronic health issues, behavioral, senior (geriatric) pet or hospice care are available.
Deciding or knowing when to let a pet go is a difficult decision and time.
Providing the option for your companion to pass in the familiarity of their own home is available with home euthanasia.
This service is available by appointment only. If you are not certain if now is the right time, please schedule a hospice consultation appointment.
After-care services are available through pet cremation options.
Horizon Mobile Veterinary Care does not offer emergency or surgeries for dogs and cats. All services are by appointment only.

Reference laboratory diagnostic testing
Reference laboratory diagnostic testing services will be available for bloodwork, urinalysis and other critical tests.
This will allow us to identify and address health concerns, ensuring effective treatment options for your pet.
Online Pharmacy
For your convenience medications prescribed and supplies are available for order through the online pharmacy. Prescriptions are approved for established patients and are shipped directly to your home.
